俺把这几个地方都听了一下。确实像以上大家所说，都是因为口语比较随意、语速比较快的缘故。以下是我的解释：

这里it发音很轻，因为它本身/i/这个音就短，而为了适应整句的节奏，它就被习惯性的弱化了。打个比方就像是连读时两个相邻的辅音中前一个辅音会只做口型不发音一样。这里的it你如果结合说话者的口型与语音两种节奏仔细分辨的话还是能分清的。

基本上这些都是个别词为了适应整句话的整体节奏而被弱化的情况。有些发音还很清楚，有些基本上就是只保留了口型停顿或节奏停顿。

这在整个语言中都是很常见的，也不局限于英语或是美语。不妨也拿普通话中的类似现象比照一下，就容易理解了。
